Terms & Conditions
- Consultation & Treatment Bookings – face to face and digital
1.1 All new patients to SKINBOSS are expected to pay £50 for the consultation when booking their first appointment. The £50 is to be via bank transfer or by card. An e-mail confirming your appointment will be sent to you. Please refer to points 2.1 and 2.3.
1.2 Every treatment appointments require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking.Deposit is redeemable against the treatment or products. Can also be rolled over for multiple bookings and left on account.
1.3 Follow up appointments require a £25 deposit. Deposit is redeemable on treatment or products. Can also be rolled over and left on account for multiple bookings.
- Appointment Cancellations – includes face to face and digital.
2.1 If your appointment is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice the following charges will apply.

2.2 If SKINBOSS cancels your appointment, a full refund will be provided via the method it was paid for.
2.3 Failure to attend an appointment within 15 minutes of the allotted start time or cancelling your appointment on the day will incur the charges set out in 2.1
2.4 Appointment deposits are not transferable to others.
2.5 If you wish to cancel a “course” of treatments, cancellation must be put in writing to info@skinbossltd.co.uk. You will be provided a full refund if cancelled 14 working days prior to the first treatment date. Refunds will not be issued if the course of treatment has started. A gift voucher may be issued at SKINBOSS’s discretion up to the value of the sessions remaining on the course.
- Payments
3.1 New patients may be asked to pay for treatment prior to the treatment taking place should treatment be opted for on the day of the consultation.
3.2 Full payment for consultation, treatment or products is required, credit will not be given.
3.3 You may be asked for your debit card or credit card details at the time of booking an appointment.
3.4 A course of aesthetic treatments requires full payment at the time of booking.Cancellation fees apply, see 2.5
- Treatments
4.1 All patients are to complete a medical history form (please refer to point 4.2), read through the product information and sign the consent form as instructed prior and every time a treatment takes place. All patients will be sent an appointment confirmation email and given a copy of the aftercare notes prior to treatment.
4.2 All past patients will be asked to sign a declaration confirming that their medical history has not changed since the day of completion. It is the patient’s responsibility to inform SKINBOSS of any changes to their medical history, however insignificant it may seem. Danielle Dickenson and her team reserves the right to ask for re-completion of a patient’s medical history at any time.
4.3 By signing your medical history and consent form(s) you are also agreeing for the use of your photos to be used for, including but not limited to: treatment evidence, training purposes, marketing and social media, if you do not consent for your photos to be used, please put this in writing to info@skinbossltd.co.uk.
- Product Purchases
5.1 ZO Skin Health and Jan Marini products are available to order from SKINBOSS, following a consultation/discussion. email info@skinbossltd.co.uk listing the products you wish to order. Please see section 5.2.
5.2 Confirmation of the cost of each product will be sent to you via e-mail or WhatsApp, once written confirmation from you has been received, full payment is to be made via bank transfer; please refer to point 3.2. You will be charged for postage and packaging (if not collecting from the clinic); items will be sent recorded or special delivery. Please note until confirmation and payment has been received, the products will not be ordered. You will be sent an e-mail or WhatsApp confirming payment has been made and your products have been ordered. Please note the products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
- Gift Cards
The SKINBOSS gift voucher can be used as full or part payment for treatments. No change will be given and any remaining balance will be left on the gift card and can be spent towards future treatments.
It cannot be redeemed for cash.
The SKINBOSS gift card will expire after 12 months of consecutive non-use and any remaining value will be forfeited.
The SKINBOSS gift voucher should be treated as cash, as SKINBOSS is unable to replace it if lost or stolen.
The minimum amount that can be added to a SKINBOSS gift voucher in a single transaction is £1. The maximum value that can be added to a SKINBOSS gift voucher is £1,000.
- Offers & Loyalty Reward Scheme
All offers are subject to availability and money off or % discount can only be used once unless the offer specifically says otherwise.
SKINBOSS Loyalty Scheme are only applicable to those eligible and are therefore not transferable.
SKINBOSS and Danielle Dickenson reserves the right to cancel and remove all offers.
- The Result
As with all aesthetic treatments there is a possible risk of complications despite the highest standard of care which will be provided to you by the Practitioner. Most complications are uncommon or rare. It is essential before you have your treatment you fully understand the risks and side effects. The Practitioner will always discuss and explain these with you prior to the treatment. No guarantees can be provided against the complications that could possibly occur. Please note our Practitioner; Danielle Dickenson has low complication rates.
A copy of the possible risks and side effects will have been given to you prior to each treatment; these are available at any time following your consultation. If you would feel more comfortable discussing these again with your Practitioner prior to your treatment a second consultation will be provided digitally free of charge.
During your consultation, your Practitioner will ensure you are told of the realistic results ensuring that your expectations are not too high as results can take a minimum of 6-12 months.
Many of the treatments provided require you to commit to the treatment, results will not happen overnight and could be deemed as getting worse before they get better. The result of your treatment will be assessed at each check-in appointment. Please note you will need to allow suitable time for healing and settling. To ensure the continuation of your results you will need to adapt the treatment as per the advice provided at each check-in appointment.
Therefore, SKINBOSS will be unable to offer you a completely free repeat treatment if you feel the results are disappointing.
- Complaints
SKINBOSS is committed to providing a high-quality independent service to all patients. SKINBOSS recognises there may be occasions when patients may wish to complain about some aspect of the service which has been offered or received. If you feel you wish to discuss an issue, or indeed make a complaint, we kindly ask you bring this our attention as soon as possible.
10. Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions:

- SKINBOSS reserves the right to determine and has the final say as to whether a successful referral has been made.
- A referral is somebody who has not contacted SKINBOSS, had a consultation or treatment before.
- The new patient must have a consultation and pay for the treatment up front before the offer can be redeemed.
- Offer must be used within 3 months from the date of the new patient’s consultation.
- SKINBOSS will confirm the successful referral by WhatsApp or face to face.
- If the new patient cancels their treatment appointment the discount will be forfeited.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Offer is not transferable.
